SEC Orders Proceedings to Rule on ETF, Seeks Further Feedback
The United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has published an “order instituting proceedings to determine whether to approve or disapprove” the proposed Vaneck Solidx bitcoin exchange-traded fund (ETF).
